Course Description:

The course is almost entirely on single track trail. Running this race is a true adventure that requires more concentration than road running. The terrain is rocky and rooty and can be treacherous. Fallen leaves conceal rocks, roots, sticks, and holes. Please note, there are several road crossings. Roads are not closed to traffic. You must look for traffic before crossing roads.
